The Kingwood Super Neighborhood Council identifies the need for projects that fall into four different categories:
- Super Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP) Items
- Capital Improvement Projects (CIP)
- Safe Sidewalks
- Other Non-City Items
The difference between Action Plan Items and Capital Improvement Projects is cost. Capital Improvement Projects cost more and must be budgeted over a longer period of time.
